Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2535.80

Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT)

Job Details:

* 4x10 shift schedule, Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Weekend coverage required per shift schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (R), SCRQSA (CT)
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Epic charting system experience required
* Sectra used for PACS system
* Scrub color: Black and/or Teal
* Free parking available with pass distributed at start
* Perform ED, inpatient, and outpatient imaging exams
* Operate one Siemens CT scanner, two Shimadzu portable X-ray machines, and one GE X-ray room
* Must be able to produce high quality special imaging with minimal supervision
* Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Required skills include: abdomen CT with/without contrast, chest CT, head CT, pelvis CT, vascular CTA, pulmonary embolism imaging, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, PACS, radiation safety, contrast media preparation and administration, starting peripheral IVs, and carotid/cervical imaging

This acute care hospital is a 75-bed facility offering a full range of imaging services including emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient exams. The radiology department is equipped with modern imaging technology and a dedicated interdisciplinary support team. The facility maintains high standards for imaging quality and fosters a collaborative, team-oriented work environment for all clinical staff.
