Job Details:

* 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, RPh
* Charting system experience required (any system accepted)
* Required skills include: Inpatient/Acute care, Mail Order, Retail Pharmacy, Skilled Nursing, Clinical dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Therapeutic medication monitoring, Compounding, IV Piggyback, and IV Push Medications
* Serves patient age groups including Neonates, Infants, Adolescents, Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics
* Maximum of 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
* All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule requests accepted post-offer or on-site
* No time off can be requested during orientation week (Monday through Sunday)
* If one or two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work all applicable holidays
* If three major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays
* Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
