Job Details:

* Travel experience required
* Washington state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Minimum of 1 year of experience required
* BLS certification required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Self-scheduling model
* Every other weekend required
* On-call required once per pay period, census dependent
* No block schedules required
* No float between units
* May be expected to float as a sitter on an as-needed basis
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility - refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* Patient ratio of 1:10
* Serves adult patient population
* Common patient diagnoses include CHF/CAD, stroke, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, alcohol withdrawal, dementia, orthopedic conditions, surgical cases, kidney disease, hypertension, myocardial infarction, and wound care
* Special procedures include orthopedic surgery and wound care
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Scrub color: any color
* No parking fee
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal

Facility:

This is a Critical Access facility with no trauma designation, featuring 25 total staffed beds. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers a comprehensive interdisciplinary care environment supporting a diverse range of patient diagnoses and procedures. With a daily census of approximately 12 patients and 19 beds, the facility provides a close-knit care setting with access to a full range of ancillary and support services.
