LPN - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment in long term care setting
* Varied shifts based on census and facility needs
* Experience working in LTC setting required
* Perform patient assessments and treatments
* Administer medications and notify MD/NP of pertinent patient information
* Handle admitting and discharging procedures
* Provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assistance
* Perform gastrostomy tube care and urinary catheter care
* Administer nebulized treatments
* Provide wound vac care and CPAP care
* Complete other assigned nursing duties as needed
* Must arrive Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment
* Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exception required prior to start
