Opportunity:

OT - Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Primary experience in SNF Rehab required
* Perform diagnostic assessments and prepare and implement treatment plans for occupational therapy services
* Provide occupational therapy services covering the full range of cases within habilitation and rehabilitation programs
* Department operates 7 days per week from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day included in schedule (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
* Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hours
* No guarantee of hours or shift preference
* Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
* Services are provided 24/7
* EMR system utilized: Meditech
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, SNF, Rehab Hospital, or Outpatient
* Required certification: BLS
* Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment

This healthcare facility provides comprehensive occupational therapy services within a rehabilitation and habilitation program setting. The facility operates around the clock, seven days a week, supporting a full range of patient cases across multiple units and departments. The organization utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and is committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic care to its patient population.
