Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shift schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Must have at least 1 year of experience
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certification: BLS
* Must have experience working in Centralized Telemetry Monitoring
* Clinician will watch and monitor patient cardiac monitors
* Required charting system experience: Epic
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Must be proficient in identifying and interpreting cardiac rhythms including: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree Heart Blocks, Atrial Fibrillation, Ventricular Fibrillation, Ventricular Tachycardia, Sinus Bradycardia/Tachycardia, and various paced rhythms
* Must be able to perform 5-lead placement, measure cardiac intervals (PR, QRS, ST), and troubleshoot alarms
* Experience with Philips monitoring systems required
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
