Opportunity:

Lead Mammography Tech

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Lead experience required
* Must be proficient with Epic charting system
* Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT M, BLS, Washington State Radiology License
* Washington State license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* Perform 3D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and screening mammograms
* Perform stereotactic biopsy and Hologic Affirm BX procedures
* Operate Hologic 3D equipment and perform digital quality assurance procedures
* Provide bone density DEXA and breast ultrasound services
* Follow radiation safety, universal precautions, and isolation precaution/PPE protocols
* Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
* Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services, radiology, and rapid response teams
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal

The facility provides interdisciplinary support through interpretation services, radiology, and rapid response teams. The mammography department is equipped with advanced imaging technology to support diagnostic and screening services for adult and geriatric patient populations.
