Open Position: RN - PACU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2181.04

Opportunity:

SEASONAL - TRAVEL - RN - PACU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
* PACU unit located on the 2nd floor of the medical facility
* Unit consists of 27 beds with a staff of 12
* Day shift includes 10 RNs and 2 Charge RNs; night shift includes 2 RNs
* Patient ratios of 4 patients in preop and 1-2 patients in PACU (estimated and never guaranteed)
* EMR system used is Meditech
* Minimum 1 year of current PACU experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Preferred certifications: CPAN and CAPA
* Critical care experience preferred
* Typical procedures include blocks, ortho, spine, neurology, interventional radiology, ENT, general surgery, GI, vascular, and colorectal
* On-call requirement of 1 weekend call shift per month
* Fast-paced environment requiring collaboration with multiple departments and providers
* Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient care and satisfaction required
