Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2558.28

Opportunity:

RRT / Pediatrics / NICU Level 4, Peds Cardiac

Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Holiday rotation required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Floating within scope may be required depending on experience
* No floating to sister facilities required
* Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; 3 years preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Pediatric, Neonate, and Infant experience required
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Required certifications: RRT certification, BLS, PALS, NRP
* Accepted licenses: NBRC and SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider)
* SC RRT license must be in hand at time of start
* Epic charting experience preferred
* Skills include: Bronchoscopy, Extubation, NICU, Pediatric Critical Care, and Pediatrics
* Patient age groups: Neonates, Infants, Adolescents, and Pediatrics
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Parking: Nights and weekends only at a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
* Block scheduling may be accommodated with prior approval, but is not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission; approval based on manager and unit needs

This facility is a Magnet-designated, Teaching Hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 total staffed beds. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides comprehensive care across a wide range of specialties.
