Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2558.28

Opportunity:

RRT / Pediatrics / NICU Level 4, Peds Cardiac

Job Details:

* Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Every other weekend required
* Holiday rotation required
* No on-call required
* Floating within scope may be required depending on experience
* No floating to sister facilities required
* Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; 3 years preferred
* Pediatric, neonate, and infant experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: RRT certification, BLS, PALS, NRP
* Required licenses: NBRC and SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider) SC license must be in hand at time of start
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Parking cost: nights and weekends only one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatrics
* Skills include bronchoscopy, extubation, NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics
* Block scheduling requires prior approval and is not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission

This facility is a Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 staffed beds. The facility offers a high level of clinical support and utilizes Epic as its charting system.
