Job Details:

* Block scheduling required
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* Must have at least 1 year of sterile processing experience
* Must be certified with either CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification
* Robotic instrumentation experience required; Da Vinci Robotics experience greatly preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Scrub color: Any color permitted
* Required skills include: acute hospital OR, cleaning equipment, high-level disinfection, use of washers/sterilizers, case cart, sterilization wrapping procedures, sets/trays assembly, manual cleaning, proper labeling, ultrasonic cleaner, fiber optics, endoscopy, laparoscopic, and organizing/placing instruments on trays
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, to be provided during the compliance process and prior to start

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility operates with 418 total staffed beds and 21 operating rooms, serving adult and geriatric patient populations. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers a modern environment equipped with advanced robotic surgical systems. Parking is provided at no cost to staff.
