Open Position: RN - ICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1919.92

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Three 12-hour shifts per week
* Every other weekend required
* Patient ratio of 2:1 to 3:1
* 10-bed unit
* May float to PCU, 3rd floor, or ED
* Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
* Kentucky or compact nursing license required at submission
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and current NIH stroke certification (must be certified annually)
* Required equipment experience: Philips Telemetry, Baxter pumps, iMobile, ventilators, and glucometer
* Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
* Required skills: CPap and BiPap management, port access, and therapeutic phlebotomy
* Preferred advanced skills: chest tubes, NG tubes, wound vac, drains, post-dialysis assessment, central lines, blood transfusion, and ventilators
* Procedures performed on unit include telemetry monitoring, paracentesis (physician led), BiPap, and therapeutic phlebotomy
* Dress code: Navy or gray scrubs
