Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2523.80

Opportunity:

PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible scheduling
* Every 3rd weekend requirement
* Minor holidays required; major holidays only if needed
* Assigned to a geographical region for patient coverage
* Treat patients with orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint issues, and spinal injuries (PT/OT); varied diagnoses for Speech
* Document using Cerner EMR system
* Business attire with white lab coat required; no jeans permitted
* 1.5 to 2 weeks of floor-specific orientation provided
* Must have experience with OASIS (government-mandated form)
* Minimum one year of experience in PT, OT, or Speech required
* Home health setting experience preferred but not required
* Speech therapists: CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential preferred
* Required certifications: BLS Certification

Facility:

This healthcare organization provides home-based rehabilitative care services across designated geographical regions. The facility supports a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in a home health setting. Permanent rehab aides, OTAs, and PTAs are typically part of the support staff to assist clinical providers in delivering high-quality care.
