AN - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)

Job Details:

* Work afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend (EOW) required
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating required within the same building
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Work on a Long-Term Care (LTC) unit with 40 beds
* Common patient diagnoses include MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care
* 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care facility required
* EMR experience with PointClick Care required
* Current BLS certification required
* Active LPN NY License required
