Job Details:

* Night shift position
* Provide holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients on the OB unit
* Demonstrate clinical competency, nursing judgment, and teaching skills
* Perform general and unit-specific clinical skills independently
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all assigned patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse
* Provide age-appropriate care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and post-op gynecology patients
* Manage supplies and equipment within the unit
* Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel across hospital departments
* Adhere to Standards of Nursing Practice and hospital policies regarding confidentiality, advance directives, and ADA
* Minimum of one year acute care experience as an RN required
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
* Effective written and oral communication skills required
* Computer skills required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate, STABLE
