Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Outpatient PT

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Some Saturday coverage required
* No on-call requirements
* See approximately 10 patients per day
* Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
* Work with patients across a variety of settings including acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing
* Treat conditions including low back pain, cervicalgia, post-op cervical surgery, post-op shoulder repair, post-op spinal surgery, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, and cognitive disorders
* Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education
* Chart using Epic system; Epic experience required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* BLS certification required
* Alaska PT license required
* Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
* Pending license accepted
