Open Position: RN - Med Surg Peds Adult

Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg

Job Details:

* Night shift position primarily serving adult patients with occasional pediatric patients
* This is NOT a pediatric floor - candidates must be comfortable with but not exclusively focused on pediatrics
* Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a general Med/Surg unit
* Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients utilizing the Nursing Process for critical decision-making
* Deliver holistic care addressing patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs
* Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during shifts
* Work accountably under the Unit Director
* Minimum 3 years of acute care experience required
* Meditech experience preferred
* Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure required
* Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS
