RN - Sierra Med/Tele

Job Details:

* Work 3x12 night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
* No on-call requirements
* Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
* May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
* Required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
* Low census call-offs of up to 48 hours per 13-week contract may occur as full or partial shifts
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families
* Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Coordinate care between other medical professionals as needed
* Must have 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
* Prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment required
* Nevada RN license required prior to start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips
