Open Position: Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech OR

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1686.56

CST - OR

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday on-call only
* Night call hours from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday - no overnight call required
* Staff 8-11 operating rooms on a daily basis
* Perform surgical technologist duties in a main OR setting
* Typical procedures include neuro and transplant surgeries
* Work with EMR system Meditech
* Call required as part of assignment
* Minimum 6 months of current hospital CST experience required
* BLS certification required and must be currently active
* DORA and NBSTA certifications required and must be currently active
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Prior travel experience at large facilities preferred
* Robotics experience preferred
* Flexible personality a strong fit for this unit

Facility:

This facility is a large, well-established medical center featuring a main operating room with 8-11 rooms staffed on a daily basis. The OR team includes a charge RN and unit secretary to support daily operations, and the facility handles a wide range of complex surgical procedures including neuro and transplant surgeries. The organization utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and maintains a highly experienced and tenured surgical staff.
