Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
* No on-call responsibilities
* Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and occasionally 1:4
* Level II-III NICU experience required; Level III-IV experience preferred
* Work with equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care
* EMR systems used: CPN and Meditech
* Perform procedures including surgery support (except heads/hearts), respiratory support, and micro-preemie care
* Float to nursery as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Teamwork-oriented personality preferred

Facility:

This facility houses a 41-bed NICU unit staffed with 60 dedicated team members, ensuring comprehensive care for its patients. The unit maintains strong staffing levels with one charge nurse and 9+ RNs on both day and night shifts. The unit is equipped with advanced medical technology to support a wide range of neonatal care needs, from Level II through Level IV cases, and is committed to providing high-quality, specialized neonatal care.
