Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other weekend schedule with nights rotation
* First to float when needed to sister facility in Mesa
* Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff
* Holiday coverage required (A or B schedule)
* 16-bed medical surgical/telemetry unit
* Care for medical surgical and post-surgical patients (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, etc.)
* Telemetry monitoring experience required
* No ventilator experience needed
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
* Must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to contract signing (80% passing score required)
* Pass/fail simulation lab required on Day 1 of orientation
* 2-day floor-specific orientation provided
* Navy blue scrubs required
* Charting system: Cerner
* Driver's license required at time of submittal
* Prescreen and manager review required
* 50-mile radius rule applies
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

This acute care facility features a 16-bed medical surgical and telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for post-surgical and medical patients. The facility maintains 24/7 respiratory therapy services and pharmacy support (remote coverage after 6 PM). The organization emphasizes clinical excellence through required competency testing and structured orientation programs, ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
