RRT - Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Every other weekend schedule required
* No on-call responsibilities
* 16 guaranteed hours per week
* EMR system: EPIC
* At least 2 years of previous Respiratory Therapist/RRT experience required
* First time travelers accepted
* Must have an active Illinois (IL) license at time of submission
* Iowa (IA) license also required; if not active, proof of application for IA single state license must be provided at offer acceptance
* All candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility
* May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
* Skills checklist specific to Respiratory Therapist/RRT discipline required
* Work history must reflect 24 months of current Respiratory Therapist/RRT experience
* Professional reference from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within 24 months preferred
* Driver's license required
* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
