Open Position: RN - ICU

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed per week
* Work in a 25-bed ICU unit with a 1:2 patient ratio
* Self-scheduling with requirement to work every 3rd weekend
* Travel and agency staff are first to float, floating to telemetry to take patients or to other areas as a helper or resource
* Utilize Alaris pumps and GE monitors
* Document using MediTech system
* Charge nurse and unit secretary available 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; no tech support
* Perform and assist with procedures including open heart recovery, bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopy, CRRT, and Impella
* Must have critical care experience with strong communication skills and adaptability to change
* Neuro and trauma experience a plus
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
* Must follow AIDET patient experience standards
* Strong collaborative teamwork environment
