Job Details:

* Night shift position with options for 48-hour or 36-hour shift schedules (indicate preference at time of submission)
* IV Certification is a firm requirement
* Team nursing model with a patient ratio of 1:7, with support from PCC, RN, and other staff
* On-call required as needed
* Weekend shifts required as needed; weekend block schedule may be considered
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical specialty required
* First-time travelers not accepted unless candidate has 3+ years of recent experience
* Prior travel experience required
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Large hospital experience required
* Must live at least 100 miles from the facility (strictly enforced)
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of candidate submission; RTO will not be approved after an offer has been presented
* If assignment includes end-of-year holidays, traveler must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays if all three (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) fall within the assignment period, or at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 fall within the assignment period
* May be required to float between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius
