Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* 3x12 night shift schedule
* Guaranteed 60 hours per 2-week period with the possibility of being called off for one 12-hour shift per 2-week period
* Weekend coverage may be more frequent than every other weekend and is subject to staffing needs
* No on-call required
* May float to like units to meet facility needs
* Block scheduling is not available
* Patient ratio is 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Patients include adults and geriatric age groups
* Oncology experience preferred but not required
* Experience with chemotherapy administration preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrubs are provided
* Parking is free
* Required certification: BLS
* Required skills: Med/Surg, use of rapid response/code teams, peripheral line care and management, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
* Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility
* Alaska RN license must be in hand prior to start
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submittal
