Opportunity:

Sterile Processing - SCG

Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday
* Weekend call required with a 30-minute call response time
* Holiday call required
* No weeknight call responsibilities
* No floating requirements
* No self-scheduling; block scheduling in place
* Hospital scrubs provided
* Duties include decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and scope reprocessing
* Must have flexible endoscope experience
* Common cases include basic ortho, general, GYN, and GI procedures
* Department covers OR including GI suites
* Facility is acquiring a da Vinci robot - end of January 2026
* Charting system: EPIC
* Acute care setting
* Week of orientation required; must be in state for the full week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) via HSPA
* Valid driver's license must be submitted

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a sterile processing department that supports a full-service operating room including GI procedures and a variety of surgical specialties. The department performs decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and scope reprocessing and is expanding its capabilities with the upcoming addition of robotic surgical technology. The facility utilizes EPIC as its charting system and maintains structured scheduling practices to ensure consistent and reliable coverage for its patient population.
