RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Flexible scheduling options available: 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s
* 18-week contract with 13-week contracts also accepted
* Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to travel
* Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
* Maximum of 2 attempts allowed to pass orientation assessments
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission
* References must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
