Open Position: RN - Med Surg Tele

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $4054.36

Opportunity:

MS/Tele RN

Job Details:

* Work 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:7
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units and sister facilities
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
* Med/Surg experience required
* Telemetry experience preferred, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* After 2 call outs without documented medical reason, contract may be considered for cancellation
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Charting system: Epic
* No parking cost
* Patients include adults and geriatrics with a variety of medical/surgical diagnoses
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* Attendance at staff meetings is required
* All assigned modules must be completed prior to start date

This short-term acute care hospital operates with 97 total staffed beds and provides comprehensive inpatient medical and surgical services. The facility supports a wide range of patient care needs through an interdisciplinary team that includes physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
