Job Details:

* Monday through Friday shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with occasional weekends as needed per department needs
* Block schedule Monday through Friday
* Travel candidates may be assigned to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; 12-hour shift candidates guaranteed a minimum of 36 hours per week, and candidates on shifts less than 12 hours guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week
* On-call required every Wednesday from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM and every 3rd weekend
* Daily caseload of 12 patients per tech in 1 room
* Float between Mercy Coon Rapids and Mercy Unity campuses as needed
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
* Travel experience required
* Work setting experience required: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, and Adult ICU
* General skills experience required: IV Starts
* Equipment experience required: 1.5 Siemens Avanto scanner
* Charting system: Epic (Excellian) experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT-MR, ARRT-R, BLS
* Scrub color: Dark Gray
* Patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics
* Skills required include but are not limited to: MR Angiography, MR Cardiac, Gradient Echo Imaging, Multiplanar Reconstruction, Perfusion Imaging, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Surface Coils, T-1 and T-2 Weighted Images, and Radiation Safety
* 1 supervisor reference minimum required at time of submission

Facility:

This acute care hospital is a teaching facility with Level 4 trauma designation and 149 staffed beds. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, and Unit Secretary support. Free parking is available in any unrestricted space on campus.
