Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, scheduled 3x12s
* Every other weekend required
* On-call required: 2 twelve-hour shifts per 6-week period
* Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, NRP
* Preferred certifications: AWHONN Advanced, STABLE
* Epic charting experience required
* Fetal monitoring system: Philips Intellispace
* Medication system: Omnicell
* Scrubs provided (Navy Surgical Scrubs)
* Some comfort level with couplet care or transition nursery preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Block scheduling available with manager approval based on unit needs
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams

The unit is supported by a multidisciplinary team including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services, ensuring high-quality patient care across all aspects of the labor and delivery experience.
