Job Details:

* 13-week contract with variable shift scheduling
* Shift start times may vary: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 3:00 PM
* May be required to cover one night shift within the contract as needed
* Weekend work required per needs of the unit
* Call required per needs of the unit
* Float required between Queen, Petaluma Valley, and Healdsburg locations
* Minimum 3 years of experience required; 5 years preferred
* Travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
* Trauma Level I experience is a hard stop requirement
* Experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Robotics, and Trauma are all hard stop requirements
* Scrub or business casual attire required
* Serves patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 25 with 8 rooms
* Patient diagnoses include orthopedics (total joints and ortho trauma), neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general, GU, and GYN
* Required certifications: BLS, CST preferred/NBSTSA preferred
* California state license preferred; pending license accepted
* Required equipment experience: Microscope, laparoscopic camera and tower equipment, arthroscope equipment
* Preferred equipment experience: Stealth Navigation Station, daVinci Xi
* Required skills: Case Cart, Crash Cart, Scrub technique
* Preferred skills: Craniotomy, Airway Management
* Extensive surgical scrub skills required across multiple specialties including but not limited to orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, robotic surgery, general surgery, gynecology, and urology
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* RTO limited to no more than 7 days; all RTO requests must be submitted upfront during submittal
* 40 orientation hours required
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
