MULTISPECIALTY- 1ST TIMER US Tech/Echo Tech

Job Details:

* Multispecialty position requiring experience in general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill
* On-call required: 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
* Must be flexible with call schedule - this is a hard-stop expectation
* Weekend on-call coverage required
* Patient ratio of 8:1
* Will assist with precepting clinicians
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system experience required - Epic
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Must request all time off and specific scheduling requests upfront during submittal
* Position does not float between units
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, completed during the compliance process and prior to start
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs for RNs; any color for RRTs; OR scrubs provided, wear street clothes to facility
* Free parking available in any unrestricted space

This short-term acute care facility operates with 49 staffed beds and holds a Level IV Trauma Center designation. The facility provides interdisciplinary support through its radiology department and utilizes Epic as its primary charting system. The organization maintains high standards for patient care across a wide range of age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, and supports a multispecialty imaging and echo program.
