Job Details:

* Night shift position in the Emergency Room
* Option of 36 or 48 hours per week
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Self-scheduling
* Navy scrub color required
* EPIC documentation system required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS required in hand at time of submission
* Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; less experience will be considered
* Previous travel experience preferred
* Patient ratio experience of 4 patients
* Treats patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* 38-bed emergency department with a daily census of 135 patients
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* May be required to float to like units within scope based on facility needs

This emergency department is a comprehensive, high-volume facility equipped to handle a wide range of patient conditions and acuity levels. The unit supports a broad scope of emergency care including stroke and STEMI-certified services, behavioral health, trauma, and pediatric emergencies. Robust interdisciplinary support teams are available to assist clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
