Nuclear Medicine Tech Days
Job Details:
* Day shift position in Nuclear Medicine
* Patient ratio of 11 patients per day with approximately 10 visits per day
* Work across 3 rooms within the department
* Department does not perform nuclear cardiology exams
* PET CT and nuclear medicine experience required with Siemens equipment
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* On-call required every third week
* May be required to float to like units within scope based on facility needs
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT (N), NMTCB, PET, BLS
* Required skills include: PET Scan, 3 Phase, Bone, Brain, Gastric Emptying, HIDA Scan, DTPA Aerosol, Liver Scan, Renal/Perfusion, Ventilation/Perfusion, Whole Body, Uptake Scan, Cerebral Blood Flow, Drawing Venous Blood, Starting and Maintaining IVs, Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials, and Isolation Precautions/PPE
* Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available from Radiology and Transportation teams
