Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Job Details:

* 4x10 day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Call required: 2 full weekends in a 6-week period and 9 weeknights
* Weekend coverage through call only
* 50/50 inpatient and outpatient case mix
* First-time travelers accepted with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
* Required procedures and competencies include: Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase 2 recovery, and cryoablations
* Patient diagnoses include: biopsies, GI, GU/renal, peripheral vascular, pulmonary, CT, endovascular lab, and stent placement
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Medication system: Pyxis
* Documentation system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, WA License
* Skills required include: angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, TIPS, central venous access, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography, sterile technique, and PACS among others
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, rapid response teams, and transportation
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
