PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour day shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Unit accepts first-time travelers
* Required certifications: BLS
* Texas PT license required (pending license accepted)
* Charting system experience required; Epic system used
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 33 patients
* Two pre-approved time off requests allowed
* Proficiency with a wide range of physical therapy skills and modalities including orthopedics, neurology, gait training, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient/family education
* Experience with assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and various treatment techniques such as E-stim, ultrasound, TENS, iontophoresis, and traction required
* Knowledge of outpatient clinic operations and patient diagnoses including post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and sports medicine required

This outpatient healthcare facility provides comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. The facility maintains a daily census of 33 patients and utilizes the Epic charting system to support clinical operations.
