PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour day shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: TX PTA License, BLS
* Experience with charting systems required (any system accepted)
* Skills required include: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
* Equipment experience required: Crutches, Gait belt, Rolling Walker, Standard Walker, Shoulder slings, Lower extremity prosthetics, and Upper extremity prosthetics
* Orthopedic experience required: Hip fractures/injuries, Post-op cervical surgery, Post-op shoulder repair, Post-op spinal surgery, Spinal conditions, Total hip replacement, and Total knee replacement
* Neurological experience required: Cognitive disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, Post-stroke rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, and Traumatic brain injury
