EP Lab Tech
Job Details:
* Start dates available any Monday
* 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options: 5x8-hour shifts, 4x10-hour shifts, or 2x8-hour and 2x12-hour shifts
* Block scheduling, rotational scheduling, or set day off available depending on shift configuration
* No on-call, no weekends, and no holidays required
* Float between two campuses required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required within the specialty
* Must be able to scrub and maintain sterile field
* Required certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT CI, BLS, and Fluoroscopy Permit
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Perform and assist with cardiac ablations, cardiac implantable devices (ICD, PPM, Micra, Sub Q ICD), and left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) procedures
* Utilize mapping systems including Carto and ESI
* Operate imaging equipment including Siemens and GE Cardiac C-arm
* Perform EKG lead placement, arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardiac mapping, conduction studies, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
* Insert and program AICDs and pacemakers including temporary pacemaker placement
* Set up and maintain equipment and inventory, stock supplies, and prep access sites
* Patient ratio of 5:1 with 5 procedure rooms
* Treat adult patient population

This is a short-term acute care facility and Level I Trauma Center with 1,567 staffed beds, offering a comprehensive range of services including an active electrophysiology lab. The facility operates across two campuses and supports a high-acuity patient population with advanced cardiac procedures and modern imaging and mapping technology.
