Opportunity:

Inpatient Pharmacist - Children's Hospital Pharmacy

Job Details:

* 5x8 shift schedule working days and evenings depending on department need
* Every 4th weekend minimum required
* 80 orientation hours
* Minimum 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience required; PGY1 residency training may be considered in lieu of experience
* Inpatient and acute care experience required
* RPh required; PharmD preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Position may involve clinical staffing in relevant clinical areas or operational roles in dispensing pharmacy including Pharmacist in Charge and sterile processing based on experience and competence
* Exposure to children's and women's health preferred
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatrics
* 202-bed unit
* Skills required include inpatient/acute care, pediatric dosing, and sterile technique
* Familiarity with Carousel System and Pyxis preferred
* Charting system: Epic
* Parking cost: $125/month
