Opportunity:
EP Lab Tech
Job Details:
* Any Monday start date available
* 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options: 5x8-hour shifts, 4x10-hour shifts, or 2x8-hour and 2x12-hour shifts
* No on-call, no weekends, and no holidays required
* Scheduling options include block scheduling, rotational scheduling, or set day off when working 4x10-hour or 2x8 and 2x12-hour shifts
* Minimum 2 years of experience required within specialty; first-time travelers accepted
* Must be able to scrub and maintain sterile field
* Perform and assist with cardiac ablations, cardiac implantable devices (ICD, PPM, Micra, Sub Q ICD), and left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) procedures
* Utilize mapping systems including Carto and ESI
* Operate imaging equipment including Siemens and GE Cardiac C-arm
* Perform EKG lead placement, arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardiac mapping, and conduction studies
* Insert and program AICDs and pacemakers including temporary pacemakers
* Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and maintain proper isolation precautions and PPE
* Float between two campuses as needed
* Patient ratio of 5 with 5 rooms available in the EP Lab
* Patients are adults
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Required certifications: ARRT-R, BLS
* ARRT CI preferred
* 1 reference required

This is a short-term acute care facility and Level I Trauma Center with 1,567 total staffed beds. The facility operates a well-equipped electrophysiology lab with 5 rooms and offers advanced cardiac procedures supported by modern imaging and mapping technology.
