Job Details:

* Night shift position requiring 48 hours per week
* Patient ratio of 1:7 using a team nursing model with support from PCC, RN, and other staff
* On-call required as needed
* Weekend rotation required as needed
* Block scheduling not available, though weekend block may be considered
* Must live at least 100 miles from the facility - locals not accepted (strictly enforced)
* Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience required; 3+ years preferred
* First-time travelers not accepted unless candidate has 3+ years of recent experience
* At least 1 prior travel assignment required
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Large hospital experience required
* Active RN license in the state or compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines required
* EPIC experience preferred
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of application - RTO will not be accepted after an offer has been presented
* If assignment includes end-of-year holidays, traveler must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays if all three fall during the assignment, or at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 fall during the assignment
* RNs may be floated between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius
