Interim Critical Care Director

Job Details:

* Oversee CVICU, ICU, and future SICU as Interim Critical Care Director
* Acute care setting
* Charting system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), CCRN
* BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred
* 2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience required
* Clinical or management experience in medical ICU and CVICU required
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes including CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis
* Ensure Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards compliance
* Responsible for budget development, productivity management, and capital budget planning
* Optimize ICU flow and integrate ICU care models across various ICUs
* Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and lead cultural transformation
* Manage resistance across diverse teams and demonstrate strong relationship and influence skills
* Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week assignment or extension; 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks
