Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM at Main location with holiday rotation
* On-call rotation required with staff
* May be required to float to Interventional Radiology (IR) within scope to meet facility needs
* Floating to sister facilities required
* Attendance at staff meetings is expected
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months Level 1 Trauma experience required
* First-time travelers accepted if they have previous relevant experience
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R)(CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT)
* Siemens equipment experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience required
* Agency must supply radiation badge facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Teal top and black bottom
* Parking available nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
* Required skills include: CT imaging of abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and soft tissue neck; trauma head and musculoskeletal trauma imaging; vascular CTA and coronary CTA; brain perfusion; multiplanar reconstruction; 3D rendering; preparation and administration of contrast media; starting peripheral IVs; radiation safety; PACS; Siemens platform operation; isolation precautions/PPE
* Equipment used: Siemens Force (Somaris 7), Siemens Go.Top (Somaris 10), Siemens Somatom Definition (Somaris 7)
* Patient age groups served: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
* IR/Angio/Special Procedures experience preferred, including biopsies and drainage

Facility:

This facility is a Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, as well as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. With 865 staffed beds and a daily census of approximately 130, it provides a wide range of services including routine studies, outpatient imaging, cardiac procedures, and Interventional Radiology. The CT department operates three imaging rooms and utilizes advanced Siemens technology to support a high-acuity patient population.
