CT Tech

Job Details:

* 13-week travel contract
* 3x12 night shift schedule on Fridays and Saturdays
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Must be willing to float and assist with X-ray when needed
* Block scheduling available
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT, ARRT R, Washington State License
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Treats patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Required skills include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, adult acute care, brain perfusion, cervical, chest without and/or with contrast, emergency department, head without and/or with contrast, lumbar, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, PACS, pelvis without and/or with contrast, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, thoracic, and vascular CTA
* Busy department supporting ER and inpatient scans within a designated Stroke Center
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront; requests exceeding 7 days may require additional approval

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility features 325 staffed beds and utilizes Epic as its primary charting system. The department is known for being a busy, collaborative environment with an excellent team supporting both emergency department and inpatient CT scans. The facility operates as a designated Stroke Center, reflecting its commitment to high-acuity, specialized patient care across a broad range of age groups.
