Job Details:

* 24 hours per week with 3 guaranteed shifts per 13-week contract
* Cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the contractor is assigned
* No on-call requirements
* No weekend requirements
* Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed
* Scrub color: Eggplant
* Charting system: EPIC
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Experience in long-term and skilled nursing care (SNF) required
* Required certifications: BLS, RD/RDN
* Primary patient population: Geriatrics
* Average daily census of 44 patients with approximately 5 visits per day in a 57-bed facility
* Required skills include: Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments, Nutrition Focused Physical Exam (NFPE), Enteral Nutrition (tube feedings), Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), Dysphagia, Therapeutic Diet Orders, Calorie Counts, Fluid/Electrolyte Requirements, Food-Drug Interactions, Food-Drug Timing, Develop Plan of Treatment, Chronic Wound Management, Nutrient Deficiencies, Failure to Thrive, Alzheimer's Disease, Cachexia, Aspiration Safety, Appetite Stimulants, Older Adult Care, and Teaching Nutrition Classes
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed
