Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac/Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift position, 36 hours per week
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned patient groups according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment
* Provide health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and treatment team members
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in field required
* BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred
* EPIC experience required
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy), AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
* Current RN licensure in state of practice required
