Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Job Details:

* Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
* Provide specialized services including orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and chronic pain treatment
* Focus on returning patients to function and community activities
* Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
* Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
* Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
