* Work in both Home Health (50%) and Skilled Nursing Facility (50%) settings, with flexibility required as assignments vary based on area need
* Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Day shift position
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Productivity expectations: Home Health - 90%, Skilled Nursing Facility - 85%
* Software used: Home Health - HCHB, Skilled Nursing Facility - NetHealth
* Therapy Supervisor available onsite
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* BSN not required
* No on-call or call back available
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
