Job Details:

* Must be open to all shift times as specific shift requests cannot be accommodated
* Start times are 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
* Self-scheduling based on seniority
* Patient ratio is 1:1
* No on-call required
* No floating between units required
* Weekend coverage may exceed every other weekend to meet unit need
* Facility may call off once every two-week pay period
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Must be open to all shift times; block scheduling considered per unit need
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, CA CRT, CT
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Charting system: Epic
* Free parking available
* Perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma studies
* Operate GE Lightspeed and Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice CT scanners
* Prepare and administer contrast media
* Work with both adult and pediatric patient populations including adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics
* Support a high-volume, primarily ED-based department serving as a primary stroke receiving center
* Assist with patient transport when needed
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Facility:

This acute care hospital operates with 212 staffed beds and provides a wide range of medical services to the community. The facility features a very busy CT department that primarily serves emergency department patients along with some outpatient cases. As a high-volume primary stroke receiving center, the department utilizes advanced imaging technology including two 64-slice CT scanners to support critical patient care needs.
