Opportunity:

RN - Oncology/Women's Surgical

Job Details:

* Work on a 24-bed Oncology/Women's Surgical unit on the 9th floor
* Patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5
* Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 HUC
* Night shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, and 2 CNAs
* Perform procedures including occasional pelvic exams, echo, and thoracentesis
* Work with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR
* Required to work 6 weekend days per schedule
* Rare on-call requirements
* May occasionally float to other med-surg units
* RN dress code: navy, white, or a combination of both colors
* Active RN license and BLS certification required
* Chemo certification preferred
* Team player mentality and willingness to learn required
